RML- Royal Mail First Class Post
Orders weight upto 1.5kg gross are shipped 1st class post- Next day arrival rate of 90.3%(Royal Mail published figures March 08)
Once your order has been despatched, if it does not arrive the next day we have to allow 4 working days before we can despatch a replacement order
Overnight Carrier
Orders weighing over 1.5kg are shipped via courier - next day service - next day rate 93.6%. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.
Order can be delivery between 8am to 6pm
Royal Mail Special Deliver
This method of delivery is available for orders upto 10kg in weight BUT HAS AN EXTRA COST.It is a guarnteed next day arrival before 1pm. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery!
