Due to a massive shortage of frozen foods worldwide, we have had to increase or price signicantly, (for certain products) over the last few months. As a supplier we have taken the decision to pay whatever is necessary to obtain supplies from wherever we can in order to suppy the essential food our customers need. We believe it is better to have food avaiable at a hgh price (whenever possible) than it is to have no food to sell.
There will be a surcharge of £2 for every order of frozen foods for the provision of dry ice.
Should any customer decide not to pay for dry ice, orders will still be despatched but strictly at the customers own risk.
At the top of each frozen food page the DRY ICE link will appear. Add it to your basket just once per shipment.
Dry ice may have turned to invisible carbon dioxide gas by the time you unpack your parcel. However, if there is any residual dry ice present when you unpack your container DO NOT TOUCH IT! Dry ice will burn your skin on contact
We reserve the right to suspend shipments of frozen products during extreme weather conditions
Frozen products are sold by weight not size and may be a variety of colours
FROZEN DELIVERY
ALL frozen food orders are shipped by AMTRAK so you must be at home the next day to sign for the order
IF you are in any of the following places we cannot send frozen orders by Amtrak and you must have them sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Again you need to be home to sign for the order.
Scottish Highlands & Scilly Isles
Aberdeen post codes AB1-3, 9-25 and 39-43
Scottish Islands

To help ensure arrival in prime condition we cannot ship orders weighing less than 650g in product weight
Each type of rodent has an average weight e.g PINKIES
1-2g. Take the lowest weight(1g) and multiply it by the pack size you are ordering.
So 50 pinkies would weigh a total of 50g so we could not ship them
