Orders weighing up to 1.5kg gross are shipped 1st class post Next day arrival rate 90.3% (Royal Mail published figures March 04). Orders weighing over 1.5kgs are shipped via courier next day service Next day arrival rate 93.6%. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery! Our dispatch department aims to ship orders received before noon Monday to Thursday on the same day. Over 90% of those orders are received by customers the following day (Royal Mail published figures March '04). Orders received after 12 noon are despatched the following day. So an order received on Monday morning will 9 times out of 10 arrive with you on Tuesday.
