Delivery is free on this web site if you choose the correct delivery method after you have placed your order or before you have incurred a delivery charge, you have selected the incorrect shipping method. Royal Mail First Class

Orders weighing up to 1.5kg gross are shipped by this method at no charge	This is not a guaranteed service and in our experience shipments can take as little as 1 day or as much as 4 working days to arrive
This service does not require a signature on arrival.

Orders received Monday to Thursday before noon will be despatched the same day. Orders received after noon will be despatched the following day. Orders placed after noon Thursday or anytime Friday will be despatched at the customer own risk over the weekend. Except order that are to be sent by courier which will be despatched on Monday to arrive Tuesday.

Royal Mail Special Delivery

This is a "guaranteed" next day before 1pm service. If Royal Mail fails to deliver they will reimburse the cost of the postage	This service requires someone to sign for the parcel on arrival. If no one is there it will be taken back to your local sorting office. You will be left a card and you will need to collect the consignment yourself

This service delivers consignments up to 10kg but the goods must be packed in 1 parcel. A mixed order of live and frozen products would not able to be taped together so would incur two charges. Our charges are based on the weight of the order. Below is the cost table for Special Delivery. If you select this method these charges will be added to your order. We can also use this method of delivery to areas which courier cannot deliver on a next day service such as Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and certain areas in the Scottish Highlands

Courier

Orders weighing over 1.6kg kilo gross are shipped by overnight courier at no charge	Someone needs to be available to sign for the consignment
This is a "guaranteed" next day delivery service (usually between 9am and 5pm but could be between 8am to 7pm).	You can ask for your order to be left without a signature in a place you feel is secure. If you ask for this service and your parcel gets stolen or damaged we will not issue refunds or replacements

Orders received before noon Monday to Thursdays will be despatched the same day for arrival the following day. Orders received after noon will be despatched the following day. No courier orders will be despatched on a Friday. They will be held for despatch the following Monday for Tuesday arrival.

We can only despatch goods to UK addresses
