This is a "guaranteed" next day delivery service (usually between 9am and 5pm but could be between 8am to 7pm).

The same dispatch times apply to courier as Royal Mail. There is no courier service available on a Friday for Saturday delivery.

There are certain areas of the UK where the courier does not deliver  ie., Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and certain areas of the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. All orders for these areas must go on Royal Mail.

We DO NOT dispatch outside the UK.

"Guaranteed" does not always mean guaranteed! Royal Mail and Courier vehicles encounter the same traffic problems as the rest of us. However the “guaranteed” service usually performs better than other services.
